ALCABEEL (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 2.5 lengths into sixth after being prominent at the corner. Finds a more suitable contest and can find winning form. BELLAKAI (9) found the line in great style to score by 1.75 lengths last time out over 1m2 3/4f at Terang at the second run of the campaign. Finds the right race to make it two on the trot. WISE LEGEND (10) is close to a win after a string of recent placings, the latest when third over 1m2f at Warrnambool. In-form five-year-old gelding so he is among the leading chances. MISCHINKA (2) ran below expectations last time at Narrandera, finishing seventh and beaten 6 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
