AMERICAN KESTREL (6) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten a head, over 5½f at Horsham. Can measure up again. HEOFON (10) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Moe over 5f. Has the pace to be thereabouts from the outset. Likely improver with strong prospects. MINESITE (3) was beaten 4.5 lengths into third at this track two starts ago then finished 2.25 lengths from the winner in fifth last time at this track. Has the addition of blinkers. Finds a nice race and can measure up. OUR MOONEY MOONEY (11) was safely held on debut last start, finishing 7 lengths behind the winner in seventh over 5f122yards at Geelong. Will take a lot from that experience. Anticipating a better performance.
