Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. BALTIC WAY (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 0.9 lengths away in third over 1m3f at Ararat. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. EXPEETEE (6) sat on the pace last time and battled on well to finish a neck from the winner in second over 1m at Benalla. Should be suited over the longer journey so she is a strong chance to break through. FORTUNATE GAL (8) is finding the breakthrough elusive, beaten 5.5 lengths into eighth at her latest appearance over 1m1 1/4f at Kyneton. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Well placed and expected to measure up. Among the better hopes.
