OH TOO GOOD (8) did a good job last start to finish second at Flemington over 1m, beaten a nose. Cherry-ripe now. Damian Lane who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Sure to play a big role. RUSSIAN METEOR (1) travelled in a rearwards position and turned in a disappointing run last time out over 7f at Sale after a nice win the start prior. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. VAIL MOUNTAIN (2) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 2.5 lengths away in fifth over 6f at Kyneton. Must be included. BOLTSAVER (5) hit the frame two starts ago at Caulfield but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 6 lengths over 7½f at Geelong. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
