SENEGALIA (9) is a six-time winner who has been racing well, scoring by half a length last time out over 5½f at Bendigo. Well placed and is a solid top-three chance. Group 3 placegetter FRANKIE PINOT (5) has been thereabouts, finishing sixth in the LR Golden Mile at Bendigo last time and 2.5 lengths from the winner. Backmarker who keeps coming. Winning claims on best figures. Group 3 winner IT'SOURTIME (4) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Yarra Valley, beaten 2.75 lengths into tenth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
