HOLLY'S STAR (6) finished fourth last start over 1m2f at Kilmore after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. NAJLE (7) settled well back then made a little ground and finished 2.75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1 3/4f at Yarra Valley three-and-a-half weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Solid winning chance. PIANTA (2) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish third, beaten 3 lengths, over 1m5f at Ballarat. Will push forward and is among the chances. SMART MADAM (8) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2f at Mornington, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
