CATHAY BRACELET (11) met with strong support when she resumed two weeks ago over 7f at Gatton and was only beaten a long neck into fourth after being in contention on the bend. Strips fitter and can find the winner's circle. ITALIAN VIRTUOSO (2) was well fancied last start over 1m1 1/2f at Toowoomba when third, beaten 4 lengths. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Leading contender. PARIAH ON FIRE (12) failed to figure again last time over 1m2 1/4f at Doomben, beaten 9 lengths into 11th. Should enjoy the significant drop in grade. One to consider. PETERMAN (6) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Gatton, beaten 3.5 lengths into seventh. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
