BOLD BASTILLE (2) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 0.8 lengths over 5f in the LR Festival of Racing Stakes at Flemington. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot salute. AMEENA (5) settled back before coming home strongly to score as favourite on debut over 5f at Bendigo four weeks ago. Promising type who can measure up again. YES LULU (7) showed promise on debut last time out when in the money over 5f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten a neck. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so she should be in the finish. IMMORTAL STAR (3) raced just off the lead before letting down nicely and scoring a nose win over this journey at Ballarat last time. Goes up a notch this time but must be respected.
