CANDLELIT (1) turned in a modest performance when third last time out over 6f at Innisfail, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. SAVEE (10) is a four-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Rhonda Inglis stable. Hasn't raced since finishing eighth at Seymour four months ago. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Bold showing expected. TALONS (4) resumed over 5f at this track last start and after showing little early speed hit the line with purpose to finish second, beaten 0.6 lengths. Can get home into the finish. VIBURNUM (5) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths into fifth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
