READY TO PARDON (2) ran well below his best last time over 7f at Sunshine Coast, beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth at 4/1. Deserves another chance. BOLD TYRANT (10) finished 2.5 lengths away from the winner last time at Rockhampton on soft going and gets some weight relief here. Gets back but will wind up late. Will be tough to hold out. PURPOSE 'N' VISION (9) was too good for a maiden field last start over 6f at this track, scoring by 1.4 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. Set Weights EET KISSES (4) went back early from her wide draw over 6f at this track last time but hit the line strongly to finish fourth. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and the longer journey looks ideal. Well placed and is among the chances.
