CENTRAL PARK (4) recorded his first win when resuming last start over 6f at this track, getting home by 4 lengths. No reason he cannot get the job done again. BOLD SPLENDOR (6) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish third, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 1m at Rockhampton. Strong effort last time and is worth following up. IT'S BEEN A TREK (9) could only manage seventh two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at Mt Garnet, beaten 1.75 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Facing a tougher assignment but he is good enough to figure in the finish. SPECIALTIE (2) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a head over 1m at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
