PRINCE OF BYRON (6) recorded a strong maiden win over 1m2f at Warrnambool last time, getting there by 1.3 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looks well placed and he is sure to go well. NO MATTER WHAT (12) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1m3f at Hamilton. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is right in contention. ZILZIE LAD (3) was in contention on the corner but turned in a sub-par run last time out over 1m3 1/4f at Sale after a nice win the start prior. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. CORTAIN (4) finished 11 lengths back in seventh over 1m at Cranbourne last time out after a gutsy win two runs back. Comes down a level this time. Best figures stack up nicely.
