ROAD TO RECOVERY (9) has only raced once and finished 0.6 lengths away in third over 6f at Ararat nine months ago. Looks to have a future so expected to run well again. COOL AS ICE (4) showed promise on debut last time out when in the money over 5½f at Warrnambool, beaten 2.5 lengths. Will benefit from that experience so a big run is anticipated. PER SEMPRE (8) remains a maiden after nine runs. Had plenty of admirers last time and finishing a close second over 5f at Bendigo. Settles back early but winds up late. One to consider. BOMBISCUIT (3) finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in fourth at her most recent appearance over 5½f at Warrnambool. Worth plenty of thought.
