NASSAK DIAMOND (2) built on a nice second two starts back at Bendigo with success as public elect over 2m1 1/2f at Pakenham three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 9 lengths. Likely to be in the finish again. FARAG (1) finished 3 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being prominent at the bend over 1m7 1/2f at Warrnambool, an improvement on his sixth at Flemington the run before. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. WILEWINK (3) is ready to win after collecting his fifth minor placing in a row last time over 2m at Pakenham. Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and is one of the contenders. TOPSPIN (4) has been kept fresh since winning over 1m4 1/2f at Cranbourne. Kept up to the mark with a recent Traralgon trial placing. A forward showing wouldn’t surprise.
