FRENCH DELIVERY (8) was in the firing line on the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1m2f at Bathurst after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. JUBILEE QUEEN (5) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1 1/2f at Armidale, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Nicely placed to find some form.
