CERONS (13) is a talented gelding who tackled a tougher race at his last run on March 2 and finished sixth behind Storm Boy over 6f in the G2 Skyline Stakes at Randwick. Has the speed to overcome the draw. Best figures should see him run well. OCTAVIAN TREASURE (8) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at Newcastle over 4½f, beaten half a length. That run should have her rock-hard fit now. Will find this a little easier than last time. Will be hard to stop. VERCELLI (12) has not raced since her debut back on December 24 when she finished fourth over 5f at this track. Plenty of scope for improvement. SUKIDA (10) is a filly by Supido out of Tizzy May who is at the races for the first time. Winner of a recent Wyong trial. Worth watching for a betting move.
