DYLAN'S LAD (11) hasn't raced since finishing fourth at Kembla Grange over 6f five weeks ago. Kept ticking over with a recent trial win at Scone. Hard to beat on best form. STARRY JACK (1) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished ninth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Grafton then improved and scored over 5½f at Armidale three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1.4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. CAPITAMY (10) did little and finished 2.5 lengths from the winner in ninth over 6f at Wyong last start, a less impressive effort than his seventh at Scone the run before. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. GERETY (12) was beaten 5. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
