SANZENO (3) is a maiden galloper resuming from a lay-off after finishing seventh over 7f at Sandown-Hillside at the latest appearance on February 28. Primed for this return with a trial win. Right in this. SCOOTALOO (11) returns after nine months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a tenth over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Muswellbrook trial. Good chance to break through. FANTASTIC BEAST (1) stepped out for his debut over 6f at this track back on January 8 and finished sixth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Worth following up. BEECHUNO (7) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Scone, beaten 8 lengths into fourth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
