ILUVCOFFEE (7) turned in a fair effort at Pakenham Synthetic over 1m at his last run five months ago, finishing sixth and beaten 2.75 lengths. Should be hard to stop. DON'T TELL SHERIFF (10) is coming off a determined win last start over 6½f at Wangaratta a week-and-a-half ago. Gets some weight relief this time so he is right in contention. KIRK (11) settled in a rearwards position and never came on when resuming last start, finishing ninth and beaten 5 lengths over 6f131yards at Geelong. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. WALKINASTRAITLINE (5) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 11 lengths away in 12th over 7f at Pakenham. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
