SCINTILLANTE (5) is a promising maiden who looks close to a win, finishing fourth on debut then placing over 7f22yards at Geelong last time out. Has upside and should feature in the finish. EVERYTHINGISAUTUMN (8) is yet to break through but has been in the money three times including last start when third over 1m at Caulfield Heath. Has recorded two minor placings from three tries at this distance. Won't find this assignment as tough. Should be in the finish. MR VERSE (2) was beaten for speed on debut last start then worked home honestly to finish fourth over 6½f at Bendigo. Must be included among the main hopes. SAVAMOON (4) was in the firing line on the bend and finished second last time over 1m at Moe, beaten 3.5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Nicely placed to play a role in the finish.
