RICH GOLD (1) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.3 lengths at this track and distance last start in a much improved run. No reason he cannot salute again. SEA DOG (3) stuck on well last start to finish second over 1m at Fresno (Dirt) after showing good early speed. Nicely placed to go one better. SUGAR BEETS (2) is fitter for two runs back from a lay-off, progressing nicely last time to finish second, beaten 2.5 lengths, at Fresno (Dirt) over 1m. Has a win and three minor placings at this journey from six starts and should play a prominent role. BROTHER O' BRIEN (4) has been in good form, stringing wins together before placing twice in a row, most recently when third over 1m at Fresno (Dirt). Best figures measure up and is sure to run well.
