ILLATIVE (8) followed an unplaced effort when resuming two runs back with a second last start when she did her best work late over 5½f at Flemington. Has the talent to find the winners' list. CAPRICORN STAR (7) stepped out on her debut over 6f at this track four weeks ago and finished seventh, beaten 2.5 lengths. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. ATTAIN (3) is a five-start maiden who has been in the money two times. Could only manage tenth at the latest appearance over 7f at this track. Has a good record at this distance with two top-three results from three starts. Expected to run well. STYLISH (11) is back after a break of seven months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing second at her latest appearance over 6½f at Bendigo. Can kick off with a bold showing.
