ASSOCIATE (9) settled back but wound up late to finish fourth when resuming last start over 7f at Kembla Grange. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Better placed this time and is a genuine threat. INQUIRING MINDS (4) scored when resuming last start at Canterbury over 7¾f after he was prominent at the turn. Form over this journey is strong, boasting two wins from three starts. Will find this much easier. Should be in the finish. BELLEISTIC KIDS (6) was ridden quietly then made some inroads and finished 5 lengths away in seventh last time out over 7f at Canberra three weeks ago. Steps up in journey. Won't find this as tough. Should be involved in the finish. SUPER HELPFUL (1) lines up on the back of a 10 length 14th over 7½f at Rosehill. Key player.
