KEN'KER (5) finished fifth two runs back at Sapphire Coast then improved last time out to score by a nose after being in contention on the bend over 7f at Goulburn. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. FIFTY FIVE MUSTANG (3) fought on for third last start over 6½f at Canberra, making it three minor placings in a row. Meets a stronger field but he is worth serious consideration. GALSTON GORGE (4) finished third last time over 5f196yards at Gundagai, beaten 3.5 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is capable of running a bold race. SMARTER THAN YOU (1) finished second last time over 7f65yards at Queanbeyan, beaten half a length. Taking on a better field but she is good enough to take this out.
