OAKLAND RAIDER (4) finished second, beaten a long neck, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Murray Bridge after he was in the firing line on the bend. This looks a sterner test than last time but he is one of the key runners. ZANTHRON (5) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 6f at Murray Bridge. Should go well. TOI ET MOI (14) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of five months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 6f at Benalla. Leading player on best figures - bold showing expected. HENNESSEY VENOM (16) is a three-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Darryl Carrison barn and gelded since last run. Finished off last campaign with a fifth at Mornington three-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks nicely placed. One of the main chances.
