VIENNAWAITSFORYOU (8) hit the frame two starts ago at Rockhampton but ran below par last time when ninth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m at Townsville. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. BEAU RAIN (2) is in great form, lifting strongly to score last start over 1m at Townsville to make it two in a row. Should measure up again. OBLIQUITY (10) turned in a modest performance when eighth last time out over 1m at Townsville, beaten 4.5 lengths, after a win at Rockhampton at the previous outing. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
