TOOJAY (13) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 1.4 lengths over 6f at Jerilderie. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. MASTER ADAM (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Wagga, beaten 6 lengths into fifth. Finds a suitable assignment and can find winning form. ZALINI (9) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Bordertown, finishing fourth and only 0.8 lengths from the winner at the end of 6f after being in the firing line on the bend. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SMART ALICK (8) missed the frame in a on turf over 5f at Mildura but improved sharply on the dirt last time, scoring over 6f at Pooncarie. Rates well on latest effort and worth including again here.
