WINDSTORM (8) travelled in a rearwards position then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 3 lengths away in seventh last time out over 7f at Sandown-Hillside a week ago. Steps up in journey. Settles back early but winds up late. Will be tough to hold out. KING OF THE CASTLE (6) is a distance specialist who progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just half a length from the winner in third over 6½f at Randwick. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. ASCENSION (5) showed early speed from a good draw and led until the entering the straight last start, eventually holding on for second and beaten one length over 1m at Swan Hill. Will give a bold sight again. KING MAGNUS (2) Group 3 winner. Produced another moderate effort last start when 5 lengths from the winner in eighth over 7f at Sandown-Hillside. Nicely placed to find some form.
