Group 3 winner FRUMOS (4) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 4.5 lengths when seventh in a 7f contest at this track two weeks ago. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is capable of running a bold race. STARLIGHT SCOPE (2) hasn't been far away lately, last time out finishing just 2 lengths back in fourth over 7f at Sandown-Hillside. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Likely to feature. BEOUR BAY (5) did well last time to finish second over 6f at Mornington when she was up on the pace all the way. The extra journey should play into her hands. Right in the mix. Group 3 placegetter JENNY JEROME (8) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
