MIRZANN (11) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner when when resuming last start over 1m1/2f at Caulfield. Will take a lot from that hitout. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. CADMUS (5) returned to winning form second up last start, scoring by 0.8 lengths over 1m1/2f at Caulfield. Has scope for improvement so a top-three finish is on the cards. EUPHORIC (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1m2f at Caulfield, beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. MOVEFORLEX (12) was safely held when 11th last time out over 1m2f at Caulfield, beaten 17 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. One of the main hopes.
