Group 1 winner SERPENTINE (4) has been freshened since a safely held 13th in the G1 Doomben Cup over 1m2f five weeks ago. Holding the fitness judging by a recent trial win at Deagon. Well placed and is expected to feature. Group 1 winner VOW AND DECLARE (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3f at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth.
