INTISAR (7) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished fifth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Hobart then improved and scored over 5¾f at this track two weeks ago, getting home by 1.75 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. STARS IN THE NIGHT (14) was far from disgraced when second last start after being prominent at the turn over 6f at Launceston, beaten a nose. That followed a win at Launceston the start prior. Will enjoy a drop in class so she can make amends. KIREINA MARUBRAH (12) finished fourth over 1m1/4f at this track at her most recent appearance on May 5. Makes plenty of appeal. ALTAI RANGER (4) made progress last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 5¾f at this track. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
