FUROSSHI (11) proved too strong two runs ago at Ballarat. Less impressive last time out when eighth over 6f at Moonee Valley, beaten 14 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. DEEKAY (1) came home powerfully and got up for third over this trip at Moonee Valley last start. Sound record at this distance with three wins and five minor placings from 11 runs and is expected to feature. FLYING ACE (8) was not far away last time out, finishing fifth over 4¾f at Moonee Valley. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Among the leading chances. EXCEL AND FLY (4) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when eighth over 6½f at Wodonga, beaten 6 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
