MADAME MASERATI (10) produced a fair effort on debut last time out when 4 lengths from the winner in fifth in the LR Dequetteville Stakes at Morphettville Parks over 5f. Expected to finish much closer with the race experience on board. YES YES TESS (14) last appeared four weeks ago over 6f at Moonee Valley when she finished seventh. This is her first run for the Ben, Will & Jd Hayes stable. Should be thereabouts. CENTRE SQUARE (1) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months and is having his outing under new trainer Ciaron Maher. Finished seventh in the LR Maribyrnong Trial Stakes at Flemington over 5f at the opening run last time in work. Ran sixth in a trial at Donald over 4¼f recently. One of the genuine hopes in the race. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
