Burnley vs Chelsea tips and predictions: Blues to win back-to-back for first time since March

Chelsea's Armando Broja celebrates

Planet Sport Bet's Robbie Savage thinks Chelsea can finally record back-to-back Premier League wins when they play Burnley at Turf Moor this weekend.

Burnley with a great win against Luton Town, as well as Chelsea’s against Fulham.

Can Chelsea win back-to-back games for the first time since March in the Premier League?

Quite a remarkable stat, just to think this Chelsea side haven’t won back-to-back Premier League games since March. Quite unbelievable.

I think it will be back-to-back games. Burnley’s record against Chelsea is not great. I think Chelsea will go to Turf Moor, both teams to score and a Chelsea 2-1 win.

Robbie’s Tip: Burnley 1-2 Chelsea

Planet Sport’s other bets to consider

Chelsea have finally found some form with back-to-back wins against Brighton and Fulham, keeping a clean sheet in both of those games.

Their ever-growing injury list continues to complicate matters and it'll be interesting to see how they fare if the latest additions are long-term absentees.

Burnley's admirable approach to fighting fire with fire in the Premier League has, unsurprisingly, yielded little success. Despite beating Luton, Vincent Kompany's side have shipped 12 in four at home.

They deserve plenty of credit for the performance against Man Utd, but current form suggests that may have been a missed opportunity.

Despite their flaws, only West Ham have breached the Chelsea defence more than once this season. Burnley look wide open so if Mauricio Pochettino's side can exercise some control, then they should find ways through.

Still, Chelsea haven't kept three clean sheets in a row since January, and Lyle Foster is starting to look like a player who guarantees goals at this level.
