National League Eliminator betting tips: Woking vs Bromley

Bromley are a team in form right now and have a strong away record too, making this a tough test for Woking.

Despite finishing three places lower and 11 points behind Woking, visitors Bromley will fancy their chances of advancing from this National League Eliminator.

Woking finished the season in patchy form, winning two of their last five and suffering a surprise home defeat against mid-table Halifax Town.

Visitors Bromley are currently on their best run of the season. The Ravens are unbeaten in nine matches, a run which has included a draw away to play-off side Barnet and a 2-0 win over the side that await them in the next round, Chesterfield.

Woking have won 13 matches on their travels this season, a record only bettered by Notts County (15). Home advantage is generally a positive, but it could work against the cards here.

While the hosts have won just three of their last 10 home matches, the visitors have earned at least a point in their last 15 on the road, including a 1-1 draw away to Notts County.

Alongside Wrexham, Woking are the only other side to have beaten Bromley on the road in 2023. Interestingly, the only four teams to win at Bromley this season have completed a league double over them.

The hosts clearly have it in them to pick up a positive result, but Bromley are in a confident mood, so it's hard to split the sides. It's not likely to be a high-scoring affair and we might see a very cautious opening half from each side.
