Monday night acca: Goals to fly in Denmark, Malmo FF to resurrect title bid in Sweden

Sebastian Nanasi

Planet Sport takes a closer look at four matches across European leagues this Monday night.

Following a thrilling weekend of action in the EFL, we're not entirely blessed with many games this Monday night. Slim pickings as some might say.

Nevertheless, we have scoured the fixture list and picked out four selections for a tasty Monday night acca.
Here's what we've got...

Denmark: Odense vs Viborg

Just two games into the new Danish Superliga season, both Odense and Viborg are showing strengths in attack but also clear vulnerabilities in defence.
There have already been 16 goals in matches involving these two clubs this season. With that in mind, over 3.5 goals is the way to go.

Tip: Over 3.5 goals

Poland: Puszcza Niepolomice vs Stal Mielec

Newly promoted Puszcza have struggled to keep things tight at the back in the early stages of this Ekstraklasa season.
The side have conceded seven goals across their opening two matches, scoring three themselves.
Stal can take advantage of those defensive frailties and bag their first win of the campaign.

Tip: Stal Mielec to win

Sweden: Malmo FF vs Halmstad

Malmo FF can go within one point of league leaders Elfsborg should they successfully navigate their way past Halmstad.

The Sky Blues have dropped seven points from their last four games and getting back on track is imperative if they are to reclaim the Swedish crown.
Malmo have won seven of their last 10 games against Halmstad and we're backing the Swedish giants to continue that run.

Tip: Malmo to win

Sweden: Norrkoping vs IFK Goteborg

Despite being historically one of the most successful clubs in Sweden, Goteborg are at serious risk of losing their top tier status.
Their latest match in the battle against relegation sees them travel to Norrkoping.
The hosts have a woeful home record in recent weeks, picking up four points from their last five matches. Goteborg to win in the draw no bet market is our pick in this one.

Tip: Goteborg draw no bet
