Transfer Talk: Salernitana land Ribery but Luiz will not be joining Serie A new boys
Luiz reports are fake, says Fabrizio Romano who also doesn’t believe the rumours, while the Jack Wilshere of 2011 is linked with Leeds.
Free agent Ribery, 38, is set to sign a one-year deal with the Serie A new boys and I'm guessing from the haircut he will be handed the No. 7 shirt (or the number of a new barbers).

David Luiz still to make a decision
Ribery will not be joined at Salernitana by David Luiz, however. Well not according to the man in the know, Fabrizio Romano.
David Luiz denies all fake reports about him joining Salernitana, after fake rumours weeks ago saying he was flying to Turkey to join Adana Demirspor. 🚫🇧🇷 #transfers

Sturridge pantomime looks set to continue
A number of EFL are thought to be interested in tempting the former Liverpool man back to the UK, including Bolton. However, I certainly wasn't aware of manager Ian Evatt's nickname.
Would Bolton be interested in having Daniel Sturridge? Yes. Yes they would. Does he wanna play for buttons though?

Wilshere linked with Premier League return
But considering he hasn't played a full 90 minutes in the top flight since August 2018, the chances of that being Leeds, a team who pride themselves on their relentless energy, are slim to none.
It's as ridiculous as Michael Thomas' claim last week that Wilshere is still better than some of Arsenal's current crop of midfielders. I'm all for slagging Arsenal off with the best of them, but Wilshere has just been released by Bournemouth, Michael.
