Social Zone: Jeff Stelling makes unbelievable U-turn and fans are relieved

Poland's national newspaper produce an IKEA themed layout ahead of tonight's play-off, Jeff Stelling does a U-turn and Leeds are worried about losing their best player.

Unbelievable Jeff. After confirming this season would be his last as host of Soccer Saturday, Jeff Stelling has done a U-turn and will now remain as the face of it.

Stelling said he could not retire until Paul Merson learnt how to pronounce the name of Newcastle United star Alain Saint-Maximin.

Based on that, fans can be assured that Stelling will be around for years to come. While it is great news, you have to feel a little bit sorry for Julian Warren who has been waiting in the wings to replace Stelling for quite some time.

Ahead of tonight's World Cup play-off final tonight, a national Polish newspaper has gone with an IKEA style front-page.

Safe to say, if Poland taste defeat and miss this year's World Cup in Qatar they may not repeat the same theme on tomorrow's paper.

Erik Ten Hag, Luis Enrique, Mauricio Pochettino and Julen Lopetegui have all reportedly been interviewed for the Manchester United job.

Paris Saint-Germain's Pochettino - who previously coached at Tottenham - is Nicky Butt's preferred choice for the role.

But then again, judging by the track record of former Manchester United players and Sir Alex Ferguson backing managers, perhaps they should swerve Poch.

When either Barcelona or Real Madrid compliment a player outside of their club it normally means one thing, and one thing only.

Dele Alli continues to be slaughtered by the press for his below-par performances and now he is being urged to step down and play in the Championship.

Those are the words from Darren Bent who questioned what Premier League club would buy him if Everton are relegated from the Premier League.

But if Everton do go down, then Alli will be a Championship player, Darren.
