Mohammed Salisu leaves Southampton to join Monaco

Monaco have completed the signing of Ghana defender Mohammed Salisu from Southampton.

Ghana defender Mohammed Salisu has left Southampton to join Monaco.
The 24-year-old spent three seasons at Saints, playing 80 games and scoring one goal.
He has signed a five-year deal with the Ligue 1 side and leaves St Mary's ahead of Southampton's return to the Sky Bet Championship.
Monaco have moved to recruit a centre-back, with Axel Disasi expected to depart for Chelsea in the coming days.
