Leeds United interested in West Brom attacker Grady Diangana
Leeds United are being credited with an interest in West Brom attacker Grady Diangana, according to reports.
Leeds United are reportedly interested in acquiring West Bromwich Albion attacker Grady Diangana.
The Whites are reportedly facing competition from Premier League side Burnley and Saudi Arabian clubs, while recently-relegated Leicester City could also be in the mix.
Diangana joined the Baggies in a deal worth £18 million three years ago but could be available for a cut-price fee of £7 million.
Albion are looking to raise funds and Diangana is allegedly a player they're willing to part ways with despite featuring 31 times last season.
Leeds are in the market to fill a Pablo Hernandez-sized hole that's been an issue since the Spaniard's departure and the Congo native has played that role.
However, he's featured just 14 times in an attacking midfield role for West Brom, and a further four times as a second striker.
Leeds are blessed with too much talent in wide areas already, boasting Luis Sinisterra, Jack Harrison, Willy Gnonto and Dan James.
Three of those do prefer to operate on the left and there's no guarantee Harrison will stay, but Farke's system is fluid and they've been interchangeable during pre-season.
It's likely that Leeds are focusing their efforts elsewhere with moves for Nat Phillips and Brandon Williams being explored as a priority.
