Everton bolster midfield with signing of Jesper Lindstrom on season-long loan
Everton have confirmed the season-long loan signing of Napoli's Jesper Lindstrom.
The Denmark midfielder only moved to the Serie A side last summer but will now spend a year at Goodison Park, with the deal including an option for the move to be made permanent.
The 24-year-old has 16 senior international caps and won the Europa League with Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023.
Lindstrom becomes Sean Dyche's fourth summer signing, joining Tim Iroegbunam, Iliman Ndiaye and Jack Harrison at the Toffees.
Elsewhere, newly promoted Portsmouth have completed the signing of defender Jacob Farrell ahead of their return to the Sky Bet Championship.
The 21-year-old joins for an undisclosed fee from Central Coast Mariners, signing a four-year contract at Fratton Park.
