Chelsea and Manchester United set for summer transfer battle over Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix
Man United and Chelsea look set to battle it out in the summer for the transfer of Joao Felix with price tag revealed.
Felix joined Chelsea on loan during their January spending spree with the Blues paying around £10million for the loan fee.
During his first game at the club, the attacker was sent off after an unwarranted tackle during the match.
Since then, Felix has shown moments of class and has made himself known as one of the best players in Chelsea's team.
During his time at Atletico he failed to meet the expectations set by his price tag, only contributing to eight goals during the 2022/23 season.
He has been a solid player for the Blues but it feels he hasn't yet shown the full potential he possesses.
This is because, the figure they value Felix at stands at an astonishing £90million.
This could mean that the Blues may prefer the idea of another loan move with an option or obligation to buy.
If this is the case, The Red Devils may be able to swoop in for the player and pip the West London club to the post.
