Bundesliga: Borussia Dortmund reportedly close to securing Wolfsburg's Felix Nmecha

Wolfsburg midfielder Felix Nmecha, a former Manchester City youth player, is set to join Borussia Dortmund, according to reports.

Wolfsburger Allgemeine and Aller-Zeitung have stated that the 22-year-old has made a commitment to join the Black and Yellows.

The report further revealed that Wolfsburg have granted Dortmund permission to engage in negotiations with the young midfielder.

Last week, Bild reported that Dortmund were in advanced stages of securing a deal for the highly-rated Wolfsburg player.

The transfer is expected to be finalised before July 5, which is when Dortmund will commence their preparations for the upcoming season.

Nmecha has made 50 appearances for Wolfsburg across all competitions, since signing from Manchester City, where he came through the youth academy.
