Borussia Dortmund star attracting interest from Newcastle, Tottenham and Chelsea

Karim Adeyemi of Borussia Dortmund on his way to score against Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly open to selling forward Karim Adeyemi this summer and some of the Premier League's big boys are showing an interest.

According to reports, the 22-year-old's agent has been speaking to potential suitors, including Newcastle, Chelsea and Tottenham.

The German's game time was limited last season as his side reached the Champions League final and with the club replacing Edin Terzic with Nuri Sahin, it seems that the forward is looking for a move to the Premier League.

It wasn't the best of seasons for Adeyemi last season, scoring three goals in 21 Bundesliga appearances, but he was excellent for RB Salzburg with 24 goal contributions in the 21/22 season. He would also be a good fit for the Premier League as his pace would be a key asset for any side.

All of the aforementioned clubs are interested in bringing new forwards in this summer, with Chelsea, under new boss Enzo Maresca, looking to add to a front line that was over-reliant on Cole Palmer last season.

Meanwhile, Ange Postecoglou and Tottenham are looking to increase their options at the top end of the pitch, with Adeyemi's ability to play across the front line attracting the interest of the Australian.

It's well documented that Eddie Howe is looking to bring a right-sided forward to Tyneside this summer, and it seems that Adeyemi's flexibility to play across the front line has piqued the interest of the Toon hierarchy, especially with Miguel Almiron and Callum Wilson's futures up in the air.

This transfer could be one to watch as the summer progresses, but it looks like Adeyemi's time donning the iconic yellow shirt could be over.
