Leading player again. DE LOUVIERE (6) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when sixth, beaten 6 lengths, over 1m at Gosford. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. ALPINE KANDY (8) has had two runs since a break, the latest a win over 1m at Scone, beaten 2 lengths. KONING (5) was in the firing line on the bend and finished second last start over 1m1 1/4f at Newcastle, beaten 0.9 lengths. Will be rock-hard fit. Suitably placed so anticipating another strong effort.
