Form here at this journey is very good with two wins from four runs. A bold showing is likely. GLORIOSO (7) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5½f at Hawkesbury. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with three minor placings from three tries. Has to be respected. RIDE THE RIVER (10) improved last time out, finishing a nose from the winner in second at the end of 4½f at Newcastle. Finds a nice race and can keep improving.
