OH SO THRILLING (9) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 7f at Benalla when resuming after a lay-off. Settles back early but winds up late. Will be tough to stop. LOCH TAY (2) will appreciate the longer journey after finishing a solid fourth when resuming last start over 5½f at this track. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will be tough to stop. MONTROCK (3) is a three-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 2 lengths when sixth over 7f at Warrnambool. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come. SOUTH POLE (4) ran below expectations last time at Wangaratta, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths. Nicely placed to turn things around.
