ORLABENT (1) got a long way back when 4 lengths from the winner in seventh over 5f at Caulfield Heath last start, a less impressive effort than his when resuming fifth at Moonee Valley the run before. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. MATTEI (4) finished second at Ballarat two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 6f at Seymour, finishing 5.5 lengths back in ninth. Won't find this as tough so he is likely to play a big role. MASKED MARAUDER (3) broke through for his maiden win over 5f at Bendigo last time. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he is one of the main chances. CHEERSTOTHAT (2) returns from a lay-off of six months and did win when resuming last time in work over 5f at Ballarat Synthetic. Solid top-three hope.
