DUN WITH ROSES (1) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 6f at Toowoomba. Will be handy in running despite the tricky draw. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. CHOCKABLOCK (3) is a genuine type with four minor placings from four starts this time in work. Produced another good effort last time out when third over 6f at Lismore. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. NEWSBEAT (4) held on well to finish second last time out over 6f at Murwillumbah after leading for much of the way. Bold showing expected. BAUHAUS (2) is a three-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Toby Edmonds stable. Hasn't raced since finishing tenth at Pakenham three months ago. Placed in a recent trial and is in a nice race. Shapes as a top-three chance.
